What is one tablet equivalent to?

To get the equivalent amount of vitamin D from food, you would need to eat approximately the following amounts of vitamin D-rich foods:

– Salmon (100 grams) contains about 500-600 IU of vitamin D, so you would need to eat about 500-600 grams of salmon.

– Fortified milk (250 ml) contains about 100 IU, which means that you would need to drink about 7.5 litres of fortified milk.

– Eggs contain about 20 IU per egg, so to get 3000 IU of vitamin D you would need to eat about 150 eggs.

Why do I need vitamin D?
