Matcha smoothie

Ingredients (1 serving) 

  • 1 tsp ceremonial-grade organic matcha
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 handful leafy greens (spinach or kale)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • ½ small semi-green banana  
  • 1 stalk fresh mint (or 6–8 leaves)  
  • 350 ml water or unsweetened almond milk 

Optional 

  • 1 small piece fresh ginger (1–2 cm) 
  • 1 dose of Synbiotic
     

How to 

Blend all ingredients until smooth. And if you want, add one portion of Synbiotic.
